Executive coaching is improving the client’s professional capacity and effectiveness. It’s about unlocking people’s and organization’s potential to maximize their performance.

Good coaching is encouraging effective and comprehensive thinking of leaders, bringing about sustained change for themselves, their teams and organizations.

I believe in my client’s ability to find the best solutions for themselves. My coaching approach is non-directive, listening and asking purposeful, sometimes uncomfortable questions.

I am a Mastered Executive Coach and graduated from Meyler Campbell in London.

Meyler Campbell, one of the world’s leading business coaching organizations, closely co-operates with Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard and Insead Business School.

The Mastered program is accredited by the Association for Coaching and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and was awarded the European Quality Award conferred by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

I am coaching internationally in English and German. My clients are entrepreneurs, senior managers and their teams.

Clearly defined objectives and change programs are essential for successful change. But even more important is their implementation and sustained mooring in the organization.

Change cannot be enacted top down. Instead, responsibilities have to be delegated from leaders to staff members, who have to effectively embrace those responsibilities. Only this makes change sustainable.

Comprehensively communicating change programs and transferring responsibilities in every step of the process is crucial.

I support my clients and their teams in conveying transformation programs effectively and in implementing these sustainably.

Important components of successful transformation processes are:

  • Identifying, understanding and managing individual interests, resistance and drivers
  • Engaging all effected individuals and transferring responsibilities for implementation
  • Open and honest communication on all levels of the organization
  • Taking resistance seriously, understanding and addressing it frankly

Who I am

I advise and accompany leaders and their teams in mastering critical and strategic challenges themselves. The leader, his or her team and their performance are in the middle of my activities.

In more than 20 years of leadership and management in the finance, investment and start-up industry and as strategy consultant I underwent and mastered manifold challenges myself. I share these experiences with my clients.

As executive coach I trust in the ability of my clients to master their challenges themselves and I assist them by asking purposeful questions. As strategic advisor I act as sparring partner and moderator. I work internationally in English and German.
